Even the smallest touch can make a big difference in personalizing your funeral or memorial services. There’s no right or wrong when it comes to celebrating your loved one and honoring their life, accomplishments, and individuality.

Honor What Makes Them Unique
Personalization isn’t just about honoring your loved one’s individuality. It also allows family and friends to feel connected to the services and the life being honored. A memorable and meaningful funeral service can be an important part of the healing process for those who are coping with a loss. We work closely with you to get to know your loved one’s life story and brainstorm ways to represent your bond and pay tribute to their unique journey.

Live Streaming Funeral Service Webcasting

Offering live streaming funeral service because sometimes you just can’t be there.

Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory is very pleased to offer live streaming funeral webcasts and memorial DVD's as another of the many ways we help families celebrate the life of their loved one.

All too often, individuals who have lost a loved one or friend are unable to attend the funeral or memorial service in person for many reasons. For those individuals, this can be a great stress and is often times very painful. This is where funeral webcasts have become a valuable addition. They are not meant to replace people coming to the funeral, but it does allow people who can't be there in person, to participate in a special way. Funerals are for the living - they aid in the grieving process and help survivors face the reality that their loved one has died. Funeral webcasts make it possible for everyone to attend the funeral without regard to time, distance or cost. Viewers are able to see their friends and family members at the service and listen to the music and eulogies from any location using a simple internet connection and a secure password.  For those who find comfort in viewing the cremation process, private webcasting from our Serenity Room can be arranged for your peace of mind.

What is Live Stream Funeral Services?
Webcasts, also called live streaming, rose from obscurity in the 1990s to become a staple of modern communication, connecting people across continents and around the world by drawing them into a virtual gathering place for a common purpose. Businesses quickly adopted the webcast as a convenient and cost-effective way to conduct meetings and seminars, and today webcasts are everywhere - including funerals.

At Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory, we are now able to broadcast funeral or memorial services via the Internet.  The high quality live transmission of audio and video allows family and friends that are separated by distance to be a part of the celebration of life.  Our simple system ensures ease of viewing with no complicated software to install.

Privacy Policy
At Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory, we respect each family’s privacy and have established a privacy policy for your peace of mind.  A password is required to view all private webcasts through our secure Internet connection.  This password will be given only to the immediate family, which allows the family to decide who may participate in the live stream.  Webcasts will be available for viewing for 90 days following the date of the event with this password.  The immediate family can also request a copy of the webcast in DVD format.

On the day of the webcast do not go to this public page! The actual funeral or memorial service webcast is linked directly to each person’s obituary page and can be viewed by clicking the live webcast link below the full obituary.   You will be prompted to enter the password provided to you by the family.
